Welcome to Synergy by Noragentia. By registering and submitting your research projects, you agree to the following terms designed to foster a secure and productive scientific environment.
1. Nature of the Service
Synergy is an AI-powered platform designed to connect researchers ("Users") by analyzing their resource offers and demands. The platform acts as a facilitator for scientific collaboration but does not guarantee specific research outcomes.
2. Intellectual Property & Data Privacy
- Ownership: You retain full intellectual property rights over the project data, descriptions, and results you submit. Noragentia does not claim ownership of your research.
- License to Process: By submitting data, you grant Noragentia a limited, non-exclusive license to process your project descriptions using Artificial Intelligence algorithms solely for the purpose of finding potential matches within our network.
- Confidentiality: Your detailed project data is only shared with other Users when a "Match" is identified and both parties agree to communicate via the internal chat system.
3. Pricing & Free Tier
As part of our launch initiative ("Early Bird"), the first 10,000 projects registered on the global platform are free forever. Once this limit is reached, Noragentia reserves the right to introduce a subscription fee (€10/month + IVA) for new project submissions. Users will be notified before any charge is applied.
4. User Code of Conduct
Users agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information regarding their institutional affiliation and project status.
- Use the chat functionality solely for scientific and professional collaboration purposes.
- Respect the confidentiality of potential partners found through the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Noragentia is not responsible for the misuse of data by third parties or matched partners. Researchers are responsible for establishing their own Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or collaboration contracts once a match is made.
